Fly: _{Mizzi's favorite thing to do, by far. This move just gives him excuse to fly more often!}
Embargo: _{Makes it so that the opponent is unable to use any items for a few turns. In Dreamscape, this means that for a while, nothing will work for you! No phone, no iPod, anything like that... in addition to items like potions.}
Psychic: _{Mizzi concentrates and fires a psychic blast at the opponent. May also lower speed.}
Giga Impact: _{Mizzi gathers up speed and momentum then charges at you, generally from the air. He's combined this move with others before to make power enough to cause a crater in the dirt.}
Gale: _{Mizzi flies up, then creates a vortex of incredibly powerful winds; he will direct it towards you, and sweep you up in it. This has the potential to lob you pretty far.}

Personality: He's very, very optimistic and peppy. He's somewhat oblivious to things around him, and when things get him down, he tends to spring back really fast.
He's rather outspoken and will talk your ear off if you let him. He's a great motivator if you need it! But be careful. He can be as energetic as the energizer bunny, and if you get him going, he'll bounce off the walls.
Coffee + Mizzi = bad idea.
He's generally a pacifist, too, because he was raised to believe that fighting was SPORT, and there are rules to a sport. He doesn't like fighting to the death, or fighting in order to make injuries. He will want to break up a fight if it gets heated.
He's probably the biggest teddy bear you'll meet in Dresca. He gets close to people really quick and makes friends easily. In fact, for the longest time, he thought he was friends with Cupcake (cyllabus) who reaaally didn't think the same thing.

Items on Hand:
>Goggles: Used these especially before he lost his sight. They were given to him for his 17th birthday. They have special lenses and are made for flight.
>Shiny Stone: He won this during the merge//antonian war event. It can turn whoever holds it shiny. c:
>Knapsack: Also given to him for his 17th birthday. It has plenty of room; he holds most of his gadgets in here.
>Cell Phone: bought from Reiss. Although: he doesn't always have his OWN cell phone. His is remastered for blind people.
>3DS: Played this a lot; got it from Luci for his 17th birthday. He kinda can't now because he's blind, but he still carries it around for grins. Monet and Ruzo tend to mess with it.
>Blue plaid jacket: Wears this ALL THE TIME. Got it from Hiro for is 17th birthday. It's very comfy, and has wing holes in the back.
>Aviator's Liscense: Gotta have this to work! Although his work has fallen through during the war as of late, he still gets paid now and then.

Notes:
>Mizzi is blind. His ears twitch around all the time: he's using sonar to pick up on where he is and what's around him. He's getting better at it all the time.
>He's not one to advocate fighting, but he is a trained pokemon. He'll definitely fight for what he believes in.
>He found Diamonds in the mountain in Firefly, so really, he's set for a looong time!
>His worst fear is death. He doesn't understand it, he doesn't like it, he thinks it's unfair. If you talk to him about it, you'll either get smacked or he'll go quiet.
>He has a crush on Ruzo. Big time. They've been together a lot lately...
>He has a weak psychic connection to both Monet and Ruzo, so they each get a 6th sense about what's up with him.
>He's nocturnal, but will function during the day every now and then. Expect phone calls from him at 3 AM.
>He does have fangs on the bottom. They DON'T go over his lip when he shuts his mouth.

History Before Dreamscape:
Mizzi's parents are Velvet and Tamber, a crobat and a swoobat respectively. Velvet belonged to Vanessa, and Tamber was wild. Mizzi grew up in Vanessa's household, and was closest friends to Elyce (his trainer, Vanessa's daughter).
As a woobat, he was with Elyce the most when Velvet and Tamber were away. He ADORES Elyce (the feeling is mutual, by the way) and the two are VERY close friends.
Velvet taught Mizzi to use sonar and how to fly once he'd evolved, so a lot of what he knows Velvet can do, too. He wasn't AMAZING at sonar until he practiced a lot in dreamscape, but that's another story.
During Mizzi's time with his trainer, he traveled to places like Sinnoh and Kanto, and defeated more than one group of the Elite Four. The team started to come together towards the end, and hasn't really changed save for Valentin being in and out and Corvina being added.

History So Far in Dreamscape:
Mizzi came into dreamscape and was more or less enthralled by everything there. He met Mei, Seth, and Latifa pretty much right away, and ADORES all three of them.
He also met Cyllabus, who he nicknamed "Cupcake". Granted, Cyllabus hated him. ; Mizzi finally realized this and dubbed Cyll a "stale cupcake" and attempts to stay away if he can.
Mizzi found diamonds early on in the mountain in Fumarole. He's the main reason members of his team and some of his close friends live as well as they do. He's rather generous with that kind of thing.
During the species swap event he started to get exposed to negativity he wasn't used to. It continued through the time warp event where he met his future self-- who was very down on himself and had lost a lot of people he was close to. Mizzi started to realize that not all good things lasted, and he had to be really careful.
At some point, he lost his sight, but didn't realize it until Seth stopped his ears from moving. He was so used to practicing sonar that his vision had faded and he had no idea!
His mood took a drop when he lost vision, because he rather liked color, and with sonar, all he can see are gray shapes. His mind will fill in some color based on what it SHOULD be (like what he's seen all his life) but it's not quite the same.
Lately, he's had his wing beaten up pretty bad by a stray shot (that wasn't fun. ; He was grounded for quite a while. Once he was able to fly again, he was a lot happier). He was also trapped in an illusion Ruzo made for a while. Ruzo wasn't aware she was trapped in it and both of them ended up needing some major rest time afterwards (because Ruzo can't sleep while she's maintaining the illusion.)
When Seth died, Mizzi was devastated. Monet showed Mizzi HOW Seth died, which was enough to break him. He flew off in some direction; Monet and Ruzo followed, then Leon teleported the group back home.
When Seth came BACK, Mizzi was in disbelief. ; It holds true to his belief: that you can't REALLY DIE. but at the same time, he SAW Seth die, and that was pretty traumatic.
He called Seth a few times, but Seth never answered. That, and the fact that Seth is against the humans in the war, made Mizzi upset-- Mizzi wants to confront him with Pyre/Inferno at some point.
Throughout the war, Mizzi isn't going to let his trainer get hurt. She's his sister, really, in all but blood. He's starting to turn to violence to protect the humans, because he believes they have hearts and minds, too. He thinks they should be allowed to have the families they do and that only a certain handfull of them need to be punished.
He's really bucking up and starting to grow up through all of this. He'd rather die than let his family get hurt, because like he's found, his friends aren't really there for him as it is. His family is.
